KEMOS Christian Kemos is an associate with Freitas, McCarthy, MacMahon & Keating, LLP, where he specializes in civil litigation. Mr. Kemos has practiced civil litigation from all sides of the bench, representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil suits and serving at the San Francisco Superior Court as a judicial extern and research attorney for the Law and Motion Department from 2004 until 2007. Mr. Kemos has extensive law and motion experience, having trained law and motion externs and court research attorneys in pretrial civil procedure and motion evaluation, and has presented at the San Francisco Legal Professionals Association regarding Law and Motion practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kemos was an associate at a large San Francisco law firm specializing in litigation, where he focused on discovery and motion practice in environmental, toxic tort, and personal injury defense cases. Before his legal career, Mr. Kemos was an environmental consultant working with clients and regulatory agencies assessing remediation and environmental planning projects throughout California.
