Our real property litigation team secured a court interlocutory judgment in a multi-property partition action involving over 40 individual parcels of land in two California counties. Our clients, twelve of sixteen individuals on title for the properties at issue in the suit, defended a partition action being brought by four individuals who sought to recover the best prime properties for their own ownership in an in-kind land division. 

Though numerous proposals were forwarded by our clients in seeking to resolve the suit, the case eventually was brought to trial. The case required extensive coordination between numerous clients with varying interests, appraisal experts in numerous counties, as well as in-depth strategy in litigating the case. 

Our real property litigation team secured an outstanding interlocutory judgment in the case in which almost all of the desired properties remained in their ownership.
