Head-on Collision - $230,000 Settlement

Our automobile accident attorneys obtained a settlement of $230,000 on behalf of our client, who was driving on a Petaluma country road when defendant’s oncoming vehicle lost traction and swerved. Defendant overcorrected, hit the brakes, lost control and slid into the oncoming lane, slamming into our client's car. Our client had to be extricated from her vehicle by the City of Petaluma Fire Department on a backboard in full C-spine immobility.

We were able to show that our client suffered, among other injuries to her torso, foot and knee injuries which will result in future surgery to correct the damage. After two mediations, we were successful in obtaining a $230,000 settlement for our client.
