Dissolution of Limited Partnership and Sale of Apartment Complex

Our partnership team successfully facilitated the contentious dissolution of a limited partnership. Our client, the general partner of an almost 30-year-old limited partnership, owned a 55-unit apartment complex. Though it was everyone's desire to sell the property and dissolve the limited partnership, there was not a lot of agreement on how best to accomplish the goals of everyone involved.

Working with a contentious group of limited partners, our team worked to complete the sale by facilitating the resolution of the limited partners' issues as well as expeditiously and efficiently completing the sale of the underlying apartment complex.
